Organizations

If your account type support it, account administrators can add multiple organizations for your customers, and configure individual user access, identifiers, and triggers for incoming documents. See the later sections for more information on all of these.

Please note that, as per the Terms of Agreement, if you configure (legal) identifiers, you are responsible for making sure that your customers do indeed represent the identified legal entities.

Organization Users

Account administrators can also create organization users: these are separate user accounts with their own credentials, that can send documents, receive documents, and view transaction logs for their organization(s), but do not have access to any of the other organizations that are linked to an account.

If you manage several organizations through your account, and your customers need direct access to the API, it is highly recommended that you create individual organization users for them.
